On November 8, Zone 5, Cao Xa Commune, Lam Thao District organized the "National Great Unity Day" to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024), Vietnam Law Day (November 9) and recognized the residential area as meeting smart new rural standards.
Representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented flowers to congratulate the officials and people of Zone 5.
Zone 5, Cao Xa commune has a total of 261 households with 780 people, 90% of which are engaged in agricultural production. Over the years, the cadres and people in the Zone have united and well implemented the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" and patriotic emulation movements launched by all levels. People's lives have been increasingly improved; political security and social order and safety have been stable and maintained.
Lam Thao district leaders presented a flower basket and a symbolic plaque to reward Zone 5 for meeting smart NTM standards with 50 million VND.
In 2024, the average income per capita will reach 64.4 million VND/person/year, an increase of 3.5 million VND compared to 2023; the rate of families achieving cultural families accounts for 97.7%. The residential area will achieve typical cultural residential area in 2024. In 2 years (2023-2024), the Front Work Committee coordinated with the Area and member organizations to mobilize people and philanthropists to support and contribute funds to build a smart residential area of more than 1.3 billion VND and over 1,000 working days... From the achieved results, at the end of 2023, Residential Area No. 5 was recognized by the District People's Committee as a residential area meeting smart NTM standards.
