Along with the task of building regular barracks, the logistics units always promote the development of concentrated production areas. Units take advantage of land to organize production around the kitchen, around the barracks; invest in plants, breeds, apply technology in caring for crops and livestock; implement disease prevention measures, to increase productivity and quality of production products. The production movement has really brought positive results, contributing to improving the lives of soldiers, safe food and vegetables contribute significantly to the movement "Building a unit that feeds soldiers well, manages military supplies well". From the production increase fund, logistics services regularly provide additional meals for soldiers 10,000-13,000 VND/person/day.

The management and health care of soldiers also received special attention from the Provincial Military Command. Military medical units performed well in the management and health care of soldiers. Periodic health check-ups were organized for 100% of soldiers with a healthy rate of 98.9%. Units were instructed to do a good job of preventing and fighting colds and food safety during the Lunar New Year; preventing and fighting summer diseases, heatstroke, seasickness; spraying insecticide to kill mosquitoes and insects to ensure a clean environment. Closely coordinating with CDC Quang Ninh, local medical centers, and military medical units stationed in the province to regularly monitor the development of the epidemic, preventing it from spreading to agencies and units.

Along with that, agencies and units strictly implement the regime of vehicle preservation and maintenance, ensuring good technical coefficients, ready to perform regular and unexpected tasks. Maintain strict implementation of regimes in the management of logistics facilities, finance, and assets of the unit. Carry out inventory work according to regulations. Use all types of funds and materials in accordance with principles, achieving high economic efficiency. All types of logistics materials and equipment are strictly managed according to decentralization. Use for the right purpose, with the right nature, maintain well, use durably, safely, and economically.

The lives of officers and soldiers have been increasingly improved, the order and regime of logistics work have many positive and comprehensive changes. Thereby, it has significantly contributed to enhancing the mobility and combat readiness of the provincial military force, meeting the requirements of national defense and military tasks in the new period.
