This hotel is located on plot number 123, map sheet number 30, block 3 (now Tu Le block), Cam Pho ward, Hoi An city, Quang Nam province.

The starting price for the auction of the above property is 240 billion VND. VietinBank Hoi An did not provide specific information about the principal and interest balance of the customer's debt.

Total provisional debt obligations as of May 2 are VND579.4 billion; of which, principal is nearly VND356.3 billion, interest and penalties are more than VND223.1 billion. The starting price is nearly VND372 billion.
