Deploying 193 youth volunteer teams to build new rural areas

Accordingly, the units have deployed 193 youth volunteer teams with the participation of nearly 5,000 youth union members. Thereby, 162 projects and tasks have been carried out to participate in the construction of new rural areas.

Specifically, volunteer teams have implemented 2 km of "Lighting up the countryside roads"; built 3 km of "Youth flag road"; started construction of 1 Charity house for poor households; cleared bushes and cleaned over 42 km of rural roads; maintained 36 km of self-managed youth roads "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Safe"; planted over 2,000 new trees; launched a campaign to remove over 400 illegal billboards and classified ads; collected 1 ton of waste and transported it to a treatment facility; organized 18 propaganda activities to encourage people to limit the use of plastic bags and disposable plastic products; deployed 3 "Youth nursery" models with 450 bougainvillea seedlings....

In addition, the units also organized medical examinations, health consultations, and free medicine distribution for 300 people; trained 120 youth union members in applying science and technology in animal husbandry and cultivation; the "Digital Education for the People" team supported, consulted, and guided over 500 small traders in using electronic payment applications.
