Enhance the leadership role of the Party cell in the Village and Neighborhood Front Working Committee

On May 26, the Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee signed a plan to coordinate in enhancing the leadership role of the Party cell in the Village and Neighborhood Front Working Committee for the period 2023-2027. Attending the signing ceremony were comrades: Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Lam Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee.

The coordination plan on enhancing the leadership role of Party cells in the Village and Neighborhood Front Working Committee for the period 2023-2027 was developed to concretize Directive No. 35-CT/TU dated November 2, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the leadership of Party committees at all levels to promote the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" in the province until 2025 and the following years and Plan No. 167-KH/TU dated November 3, 2022 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022 of the Party Central Committee (term XIII) on strengthening the consolidation and construction of grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members in the new period.

Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Comrade Lam Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board signed the contents of the coordination program.

Based on the contents signed at the conference, the Provincial Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee will coordinate to advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead and direct the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees and City Party Committees to strengthen the leadership of the Party Committees over the cadres of the Front Working Committees; enhance the leadership role of Party cells and branches in the activities of the Front Working Committees of villages and residential areas in disseminating, deploying and implementing resolutions, conclusions and action programs of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XIV, 2020-2025. Raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, unions and cadres and party members about the position and role of the Front Working Committees of villages and residential areas; pay attention to building the cadres of the Front and the activities of the Front Working Committees of villages and residential areas in accordance with the requirements and political tasks in the new situation.

The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee request the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee, City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of districts and cities to base on the contents according to the provincial plan, coordinate in developing plans and advise the District Party Committee's Standing Committee and City Party Committee to direct relevant sectors to support and create conditions to achieve results in implementing the contents and tasks set out, thereby further enhancing the leadership role of the Party Committee in the activities of the Village and Neighborhood Front Working Committee, improving the effectiveness of implementing programs of coordinated and unified action at the grassroots level, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and building an increasingly solid national solidarity bloc in the area.
