On the morning of November 8, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to train and foster professional skills of Party Committee offices to serve Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.

Officials working in the clerical and archival work of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders and specialists working in the editing, synthesis, clerical and archival work of the offices of the District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee attended the training.

Delegates were instructed on professional skills in building work programs for Party committees, serving Party committee conferences; systematizing Party documents, compiling Party documents, information serving Party committees; building and appraising projects to submit to Party committee conferences; Party committee offices with the work of inspecting the implementation of Party resolutions and directives...

Delegates were also reminded about protecting state secrets in document and archive work and instructions on recording minutes of important conferences.

The conference aims to improve the quality of drafting documents for congresses, archival work to serve grassroots and upper-level Party Congresses, towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, in accordance with the direction of the Central and Provincial Party Committees.
