On May 29, Hoang Mai Town Police (Nghe An) said they had verified and handled the case of a young man not wearing a helmet and driving a motorbike with one wheel on National Highway 1A.
Previously, on May 28, Hoang Mai Town Police received information about a young man driving a motorbike on one wheel (wheelie) on National Highway 1A, passing through Quynh Xuan Ward, causing outrage among other road users.
Immediately after receiving the news, the unit quickly collected information, verified and identified the driver of the vehicle as HSY (born in 2007, residing in block 13, Quynh Xuan ward, Hoang Mai town).
When invited to work with the police, HSY said he was aware of his violations and promised not to repeat them.
The traffic police force has drawn up an administrative violation record for HSY for the following violations: Driving a two-wheeled vehicle on one wheel; people from 16 to under 18 years old driving a motorbike with a cylinder capacity of 50cm3 or more; not wearing a helmet for motorbike and scooter riders; no rearview mirror on the left side of the driver. At the same time, the authorities temporarily detained the vehicle with license plate 37L1-794.49.
To prevent traffic violations among teenagers, local police will step up efforts to handle frequent violators.
