Nam Dinh has an additional industrial cluster worth more than 666 billion VND

Nam Thanh Industrial Park is planned with an area of ​​50 hectares, with convenient traffic location: the North borders Quyet Tien village, Nam Thanh commune; the South borders Truc Tuan commune, the East borders Trung Dong commune (Truc Ninh district); the West borders Nam Dinh - Lac Quan road.

This industrial park will focus on the following industries: mechanical manufacturing, mechanical support industry, mechanical casting, steel smelting; textile and garment supporting industry, plastic product manufacturing industry, handicraft industry and other processing and manufacturing industries...

Phu Xuan Construction and Trading Company Limited was selected as the investor to build the technical infrastructure of the industrial park with a total investment capital of more than 666 billion VND, of which 15% is equity capital; 85% is other legally mobilized capital.

The technical infrastructure of the industrial park will be invested synchronously and modernly, including: internal traffic system, sidewalks, trees; water supply, wastewater and solid waste treatment; fire prevention and fighting, public lighting, and communications.

The project is expected to start construction in the fourth quarter of 2025 and be completed after 24 months; the project's operating period is 50 years from the commencement date; at the same time, it will enjoy incentives according to the provisions of Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP dated March 15, 2024 of the Government on management and development of industrial parks and other incentives according to the provisions of law.

The Provincial People's Committee directed departments, branches and sectors to closely coordinate with the investor to ensure the project is implemented on schedule and with quality. Phu Xuan Construction and Trading Company Limited is responsible for fully complying with legal regulations; especially strictly complying with regulations on environmental protection, fire prevention and fighting, security and order, ensuring industrial development associated with environmental and community protection; must ensure the completion of technical infrastructure before handing over to secondary investors.
