Hai Phong City authorities are actively clearing the land to hand over to investors to carry out 5 major projects that will start construction in 2025.

On December 4, information from the Hai Phong City People's Committee said that in 2025, the city will start 5 projects using non-budgetary capital, all with investment capital of up to thousands of billions.

Accordingly, the projects include investment in the construction of passenger terminal T2 of Cat Bi International Airport with a total investment of more than VND 2,405 billion; Construction of a new urban area in Duong Kinh district and Kien Thuy district with a capital of VND 23,218 billion.

Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club project over 2,271 billion VND; Investment in construction of 75-storey mixed-use project in the new urban area North of Cam River over 7,515 billion VND; Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Tien Thanh industrial park with capital of 4,597 billion VND.

According to Hai Phong City, among the above 5 projects, the project to build a new urban area in Duong Kinh and Kien Thuy districts has the largest investment capital. Currently, the authorities are actively clearing the land to hand over to the investor to implement the project.

Also in 2025, Hai Phong City plans to start 3 projects using budget capital.

These are: Investment project to build the route after wharf No. 3 to wharf No. 6 of Lach Huyen port area on Cat Hai island, with an investment capital of more than 716 billion VND; Project to build barracks and anchorage and shelter for ships of the standing militia fleet with an investment of more than 295 billion VND; Investment project to build, renovate and embellish the K15 wharf relic in Do Son with an investment capital of nearly 235 billion VND.
