Commenting on the weather in Ho Chi Minh City in the new week, the Southern Hydrometeorological Station said that the Southwest monsoon in the Southern region is gradually becoming stronger. Therefore, from now until the end of May, Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region will continue to have widespread thunderstorms with increasing frequency.

“Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. Beware of heavy rain causing localized flooding,” said the Southern Hydrometeorological Station.
