Low mountainous areas ( including Bao Yen, Bao Thang, Van Ban districts and some lowland communes of Bat Xat and Muong Khuong districts): Cloudy at night and morning, with scattered showers and thunderstorms; sunny in the afternoon and evening, cold, light wind; temperature from 21 to 33 degrees Celsius, average humidity above 75%.

High mountainous areas ( including Bat Xat, Muong Khuong, and Simacai districts) : Cloudy at night and early morning, with scattered showers and thunderstorms. In the afternoon and evening, the clouds will decrease and the weather will be sunny, cold, and the East wind will be at level 2; temperature from 16 to 28 degrees Celsius, and average humidity will be above 80%.
