Pham Thoai's real name is Pham Van Thoai, born in 1996, in Hai Phong, is a familiar name to TikTok users, currently owning a TikTok channel with nearly 5 million followers and more than 100 million likes, a number that many people dream of.

If in the past, the audience often encountered a Pham Thoai with "not much sympathy", from his different dressing style to his sales style that broke the rule "customer is king", now, with obvious positive changes, he is more loved by everyone.

Pham Thoai confided: "About 2 years ago, people would see a rebellious Pham Thoai with crazy outfits. At that time, I thought the more people knew me, the more famous I was. That fame would help me in my sales career, so I just kept doing it. However, those scandals and dramas online put me on the blacklist for a while. No brand or agency contacted me, and when I contacted myself, I was rejected because Pham Thoai was not suitable."

At that time, many people were annoyed when watching Pham Thoai's livestream because of his yelling at customers, creating many negative rumors online. People commented and judged his attitude and behavior.

Pham Thoai himself was once blacklisted and no brands contacted him. But he was not as sad as he imagined, Pham Thoai still loved life. "At that time, I lost my job and still had my own business, so when I had money, I rebelled and went crazy, doing whatever I wanted" - Pham Thoai said.

Pham Thoai's image used to be very scandalous but now has many positive changes.

Perhaps Pham Thoai will continue like that, until he reads comments like "You curse like that, people will learn from you". Only then will he wake up and reconsider himself.

“After those comments, I felt very sad because I found them to be true. In fact, my style was influenced by the people around me, so when I looked back, I realized that if I spoke without standards, the children would follow suit. At that time, I also started to listen, learn and start to reflect,” Pham Thoai confided.

Pham Thoai recognized the weaknesses in his self-expression and decided to change. He learned from the negative feedback and worked to improve his style, language, and content.

One of the places that changed Pham Thoai the most was TikTok: “At least it changed my life up to now. I was able to earn more income, connect with more people and be more accepted by people because of the value I brought. Before, my motto was “Live for no one”. But then, I realized that if I live for everyone, good things will come to me”.

Ready to train new talents

Pham Thoai was extremely surprised when he received a special task from TikTok Shop: “Coordinating a livestream session on Pham Thoai's channel, where Pham Thoai is not the main host. This is a huge challenge that I don't know what I will have to do to create a truly explosive livestream session. I have planned to find people who are capable of becoming the main host or have the same energy as me. So that when livestreaming, you can take control and convince customers."

Thoại also hopes to be able to find and train talented and passionate people for livestreaming. Not only help you complete this challenge but also guide you with the necessary skills to be able to serve a LIVE session.

Personal success is not enough, Pham Thoai also wants to support other young people on their career path.
