During a livestream with Quang Linh Vlogs in mid-December 2024, Hang Du Muc made false statements about the ingredients in the Loinest bird's nest product. "This is not broken bird's nest but bird's nest. It's very special. This is a whole jar of bird's nest, containing up to 30g of fresh bird's nest," Hang Du Muc held a 70ml bird's nest jar in his hand and firmly affirmed.
This ridiculously false introduction has received backlash from the online community and those working in the industry. However, it was only when the Vietnam Bird's Nest Association worked directly with Hang Du Muc and Quang Linh Vlogs that this livestream 'warrior' publicly accepted responsibility and apologized to consumers.

This delay shows that Hang Du Muc did not want to accept/know his mistake but ignored the comments of the online community and people in the bird's nest industry because the incident happened on December 15, 2024, and it has been more than 2 months since Hang Du Muc apologized and admitted his mistake.
Similarly, in a recent livestream sales session with Hang Du Muc, Quang Linh Vlogs also made exaggerated introductions about the Kera Vietnam candy supplement product, which is responsible for Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company.
During the livestream, Quang Linh Vlogs affirmed: "This vegetable candy, everyone, will correspond to a plate of boiled vegetables that people often eat every day". This absurd advertisement was exposed by nutrition experts, criticized and strongly condemned by the online community, forcing Quang Linh Vlogs to speak up to correct and apologize.
“First of all, Linh is very sorry for conveying inaccurate information that “one pill is equivalent to one plate of vegetables”, causing misunderstanding to customers in the past, but after realizing the mistake, in the next livestream sessions, I corrected it and did not mention that information again,” Quang Linh Vlogs wrote on his personal Facebook.
Talking about Quang Linh Vlogs and Hang Du Muc, social media users are no strangers to this duo. Hang Du Muc is known by many people for his videos filmed in mountain ranges, deserts, and snow-covered plateaus; videos sharing about the culture and nomadic life of people in Xinjiang, Tibet, and Hoa Diem Son (China).
However, Hang Du Muc only really became known to many people because of the scandal about her marriage with her Chinese husband, Ton Bang, which happened in August 2024.
Quang Linh Vlogs had a difficult starting point. In 2016, after graduating from high school, he went to work in Angola and became famous for his videos recording the daily lives of the people there.

However, the halo and the huge material and benefits brought from business and advertising activities caused Quang Linh Vlogs to fall into a long slump. During the business and advertising process, Quang Linh Vlogs, for many reasons, provided false information, confusing consumers. In just the past 3 months, Quang Linh Vlogs had to apologize 4 times.

Where is the responsibility?
In addition to the "cat returns cat" style apologies of the duo Hang Du Muc and Quang Linh Vlogs, recently 'war god' Pham Thoai - also known as Pham Van Thoai was also criticized by the online community, including many influential people, for his lack of openness, transparency, and responsibility in charity activities.
The livestream session that Pham Thoai organized on the evening of February 25th with the purpose of proving that the money that benefactors shared and helped baby Bap was used for the right purpose became ridiculous and vulgar, no different from an "online court" chaired by a comedian.
Pham Thoai - the person who was condemned by the community, questioned about the transparency and responsibility with the money that donors shared and helped baby Bap, acted on his own, "playing football and blowing the whistle" without any authorities, press agencies or responsible third parties supervising.
As a result, the livestream session was filled with comedy, more for entertainment purposes than an explanation and statement session to answer questions about transparency surrounding charity fundraising activities and the use of charity money.
The question of how the money that benefactors helped and shared with baby Bap was used is still an unanswered question, along with the promise that in 4 months, when Bap's mother returns to Vietnam, she will make a statement.
Therefore, after the “online trial” ended, public opinion continued to raise hypotheses and questions. If Pham Thoai simply wanted to prove his innocence, was it necessary to prepare an elaborate livestream, but then staged it himself? Could it be that Pham Thoai was taking advantage of charity, taking advantage of this event to polish his name, and “kick the ball of responsibility” to Bap’s mother?

Meanwhile, beauty salon boss Mailisa said she supported baby Bap with 100 million VND and warned that she would expose all issues related to Pham Thoai.
We don't know where this noise will go, when will the thread of experience be pulled out? But through it, we can see the arrogance, condescension and ridiculousness of many livestream 'warriors' today. The reason is not only because of laxity in management; brands and businesses are willing to cooperate for profit; but also the leniency of the online community, leading to the insolent attitude of Pham Thoai and the "cat returns to cat" style apologies like Quang Linh Vlogs and Hang Du Muc.
If state management agencies do not tighten management and impose strict sanctions; businesses that are still cooperating regardless of profit; and we - if we do not express a resolute attitude of boycotting, even banning famous people, livestream 'war gods' with such deviant attitudes, then in the future, there will be many more cases of delusions of power, considering themselves "kings and queens", both online and in real life.
