The 6th National Innovative Startup Forum - Binh Dinh 2025 has the theme "Converging global resources to develop local innovative and creative startup ecosystems in the digital economic era"

This is not only an opportunity to share and learn experiences but also an important bridge to promote cooperation between startups, investors, businesses and innovation support organizations at home and abroad.

According to the Organizing Committee, this year's Forum is organized with many meaningful and practical activities, including in-depth discussions on investment, innovation, artificial intelligence, cross-border e-commerce; the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Binh Dinh province and leading partners such as CMC Technology Corporation, International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE), National Startup Association, Young Entrepreneurs Association and many pioneering organizations in the field of science and technology.

Particularly on this occasion, Binh Dinh province also announced an Investment Fund for startups and innovation, thereby opening up great opportunities for startups to develop strongly in the province's innovation ecosystem.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, said: In recent times, Binh Dinh province has promoted investment in developing technology research and application centers with many large-scale projects such as TMA Innovation Park (10.25 hectares); FPT Technology Expert Research, Production and Training Center Complex in Quy Nhon (15.99 hectares); Binh Dinh Artificial Intelligence Center - Auxiliary Urban Area (93.24 hectares) and Digital Technology Park concentrated in Long Van, Quy Nhon (177 hectares, under construction).

In addition, the province also focuses on building an innovation ecosystem and forming research centers and applying advanced technology. An important milestone is the construction of the Quy Hoa Science Urban Area - Quy Nhon Creative Valley with a scale of 242 hectares. This is the first locality in the country to have a science urban model, becoming a destination for the world's leading scientists.

Thanks to these efforts, Binh Dinh has not only affirmed its role as an attractive investment destination, but has also gradually become a leading AI and technology development center in Vietnam. High-tech projects have attracted thousands of high-quality human resources, creating the premise for Binh Dinh to become a cradle for startup dreams, where creative ideas take flight and reach far.

In particular, Binh Dinh always welcomes new and creative ideas and is ready to pioneer in testing these issues, wishing to become a "companion" of startups and young entrepreneurs.

"We understand that a strong startup ecosystem cannot rely solely on the government, but requires the cooperation of businesses, investors, scientific organizations and the whole society... The success of this National Startup Forum lies not only in the discussion sessions or the cooperation signing ceremony, but more importantly, the startup projects will be promoted, investors will find new opportunities and creative ideas will soon become reality," emphasized Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan.

It is known that within the framework of this forum, ambassadors of countries, speakers, investors, and businesses presented papers, shared experiences for successful startups and innovations as well as the role of the government in orienting and creating a favorable environment to promote startups and innovations in each locality and unit...

In particular, experts proposed that there should be a mechanism to support human resource training for businesses and innovative organizations in finance, accounting, marketing, and information technology. More importantly, Binh Dinh cannot go it alone but must link regions and cooperate to develop a startup ecosystem, innovation, etc.

According to the Chairman of the National Startup Association, Dinh Viet Hoa, the Creative Startup Forum does not talk about organizations or the achievements of companies, but about people full of aspirations, full of heart, and with great responsibility in creating jobs and social wealth.

That is also the message that the National Startup Forum always aims for, that is, people, only people can create creativity, thereby creating achievements that contribute to the country and the nation.

Implementing the direction of the Central Government and senior leaders, Binh Dinh province has issued Action Program No. 32 of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 57. This program focuses on three main pillars: Digital economy and high-tech industry; Digital infrastructure and smart cities; Innovative human resources.

In there:

- Digital economy and high-tech industry aim to promote enterprises to apply advanced technology, develop industries with high added value, especially artificial intelligence (AI), biotechnology and semiconductor technology.

- Digital infrastructure and smart cities focus on investing in and developing big data systems, cloud computing, high-speed telecommunications networks and digital platforms to serve modern urban management, smart transportation, digital healthcare, and digital education.

- Innovative human resources are the core factor for sustainable development, through specialized training programs, cooperation with research institutes and domestic and foreign technology enterprises to build a high-quality human resource team.

The program also sets out five key goals, including: increasing the proportion of the digital economy in GRDP, completing digital infrastructure, improving digital governance capacity in government and businesses, developing an innovation ecosystem, and ensuring cybersecurity. To achieve these goals, the province has proposed seven groups of solutions such as: improving institutions and policies; attracting investment; developing human resources; building a creative startup ecosystem; enhancing international cooperation; promoting research and technology application; and raising public awareness of digital transformation.
