Potato juice
Potato juice is a great natural option to neutralize stomach acid, relieving stomach pain caused by conditions like reflux or gastritis.
Preparation method

Mugwort tea
A great home remedy for stomach pain is wormwood tea, due to its anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and soothing properties.
Preparation method
2 tablespoons dried mugwort leaves;
1 liter of water.
In a kettle or pot, boil water. After turning off the heat, add mugwort leaves to the pot, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 2 to 3 cups daily.
Wormwood tea should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women. This tea should also not be used by children under 18 years of age.
Water with baking soda

Water with baking soda is not recommended for people with alkalosis or hypocalcemia, children under 2 years old, people allergic to this substance, pregnant women or those who are breastfeeding.
Pear juice

Dandelion tea

Preparation method
1 tablespoon dried dandelion leaves and roots;
200 ml water.
In a pot, boil water and after turning off the heat, add dandelion leaves. Cover the pot and let it sit for 10 minutes. Wait for it to cool, strain and drink up to 3 cups of this tea a day before meals.
Dandelion tea should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Likewise, this tea is also not suitable for people with gallbladder problems, ulcers, or intestinal obstructions.
Other tips to relieve stomach pain
Avoid alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wine, liquor, and whiskey;
Prioritize lean proteins, such as chicken, fish, eggs and tofu;
Avoid foods high in fat, such as chips, packaged snacks, pizza, hamburgers and hot dogs;
Eat fresh fruits, such as papaya, apples, pears, melons, bananas and guava, preferably peeled and cooked, or mashed;
Avoid foods and drinks containing caffeine , such as coffee, chocolate, and black tea;
Performing regular physical activities helps reduce stomach pain related to stress or illness due to improper diet.
