Following the success of the previous four seasons held in 2018, 2020, 2023 and 2024, the French gastronomy festival in Vietnam returns to the capital Hanoi, at Thong Nhat Park from March 28 to 30.
Live cooking demonstrations by professional chefs provided attendees with an exciting culinary experience. This was also an opportunity to explore French culinary art at the Taste France booth – the official representative of the French Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty.
At the culinary performance at the festival, chef Zack Truong brought cheese mashed potatoes and gave diners unforgettable experiences and flavors.
Along with Chef Zack Truong, professional chefs took visitors on a journey to discover typical French products such as milk, chocolate, bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruits, wine and alcoholic beverages. In particular, the French food fair gathered more than 40 booths, where visitors could explore the French agricultural and food heritage. The festival not only honored French cuisine through each dish but also conveyed the festive spirit, while highlighting the richness of daily ingredients associated with regional specialties.
After walking through the culinary maze with countless unique flavors, many diners could not hide their excitement and impression of the dishes with the bold flavors of the land of the Gallic rooster. The traditional dishes all left a strong impression, helping diners better understand the diversity and rich identity of French cuisine.
Entering its 5th season, the Festival of France and the Francophone Community 2025 has been expanded in both scale and theme, carrying a meaningful message to honor the diversity and cultural exchange between Francophone countries. This event aims to strengthen friendship and enhance solidarity among countries in the Francophone bloc, especially with the Francophone community in Vietnam./.
