“In 27 years of working, I have always completed my tasks well. In recent years, I have received an early salary increase, and in 2024, I will be recognized as an advanced worker.

Although I still have more than 9 years to retire, after studying the regulations on the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's organizational apparatus and comparing them with my own conditions, I found myself completely suitable, so I voluntarily asked for early retirement, creating conditions for the organization to arrange personnel after the merger," Ms. Hung shared.

According to Ms. Hung, her early retirement was completely voluntary. In addition to finding it suitable for her own conditions, she wanted to give opportunities to the younger generation, who are more dedicated and devoted to building their homeland.

“When there was a policy of streamlining the organizational structure, I proactively met with the Chairman of the District People’s Committee to propose my wishes and they were approved in the conferences. I hope that the younger generations will have many good, creative and breakthrough ways of doing things at work,” said Ms. Hung.
