As a pioneer in the field of lifting and logistics services in Quang Ninh, with more than 10 years of experience specializing in providing forklift buying, selling and renting services, Duc Trung Investment and Development Company Limited has been operating in many large industrial parks in the province, such as: Texhong Hai Ha, Thanh Cong, Dong Mai, Amata, Bac Tien Phong... and at Cai Lan Port.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy, Director of Duc Trung Investment and Development Company Limited, said: With nearly 200 modern lifting equipment, on average we unload about 40-50 containers of goods every day, serving partners in industrial parks. The company is also creating jobs for 50 workers with a salary of 15-18 million VND/month and contributing billions of VND to the state budget.

As one of many businesses that suffered heavy damage after storm No. 3 with a total loss of up to 150 billion VND, Tonly Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd. (Dong Mai Industrial Park) quickly restored production immediately after the storm. Up to now, the business has overcome the difficult period, consolidated all stable production activities, and ensured the progress of orders. With an average production capacity of about 100,000 products/month, including speakers and headphones exported to markets around the world, such as the US, Europe... the business has created jobs and stable income for thousands of workers.
Not stopping there, businesses in the province also actively carry out charity and social security activities, joining hands for the community. Thereby, gradually building Quang Ninh to become a typical province of the country in all aspects.
Located in Hai Ha district, over the past 10 years, Ngan Ha Technical Technology Company Limited (Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park) has been actively contributing to the local economic development, creating stable jobs for thousands of workers. Currently, the enterprise has more than 3,400 employees with an average income of about 10 million VND/person/month. In particular, the enterprise has always accompanied the province in fulfilling social security obligations through many activities such as: Contributing to the gratitude fund, overcoming natural disasters, promoting education, promoting talents, supporting poor households, disadvantaged households...
For businesses to confidently move forward
In the first 9 months of 2024, the province's economic growth rate (GRDP) reached 8.02%, many indicators were higher than the same period in 2023, in which the processing and manufacturing industry was the main growth driver, increasing by 20.45%. Total state budget revenue reached 40,479 billion VND, equal to 73% of the estimate. Despite suffering a lot of damage caused by storm No. 3, Quang Ninh's economic growth still maintained a stable growth rate according to plan. That result is thanks to the support and companionship of the province and the proactiveness and flexibility of the business community and entrepreneurs in the province.
With the viewpoint that only when enterprises develop can the province develop; social security, life, and employment of people and workers are ensured... Quang Ninh always pays special attention to and accompanies enterprises. In order for enterprises to quickly stabilize production and business, expand product consumption markets, and seize new business opportunities, Quang Ninh has focused on implementing solutions to promote production and business of enterprises. At the same time, it continues to promote administrative reform, improve the investment environment, implement priority credit support programs, support the fields of processing and manufacturing industries, mineral exploitation industry, services, tourism...
Notably, the province has supported and encouraged businesses to recover production and business after the storm. The province has held many meetings with the State Bank of Vietnam, the State Bank of Quang Ninh branch and credit institutions on the implementation of banking credit solutions to support businesses and people affected by storm No. 3. At the same time, the province has requested banks and credit institutions to promptly implement support packages for people and businesses affected by the storm. In particular, the units focus on exempting and reducing interest rates, deferring, extending and postponing debt for customers who are borrowing; expanding the beneficiaries; guiding and simplifying procedures... The province also commits to providing maximum support in terms of mechanisms and policies for businesses to restart production.
Up to now, the whole province has about 11,000 operating enterprises generating tax. From now until 2030, Quang Ninh strives to establish an average of about 2,000 new enterprises/year; the enterprise sector contributes about 70% of the province's GRDP. To achieve this goal, the province identifies accompanying and promptly removing difficulties and obstacles in investment, production and business activities of enterprises as the most important factor.
