In the coming term, with the theme of "Democracy, solidarity, discipline, development", the Congress determined policies and solutions to focus on leading the building of a truly politically strong Brigade, as a basis for improving overall quality, strength and high combat readiness; creating solid changes and innovating training work, building a regular order, managing discipline and ensuring safety; building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong Brigade "exemplary model".

The Congress voted to elect the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan, Commander of Naval Region 4, presented flowers to the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and the delegation attending the Congress of higher-level delegates.

Speaking at the congress, Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan praised the achievements that the Party Committee of Brigade 146 had led and directed to complete well in the past term; it is necessary to identify key points well, create comprehensive and solid breakthroughs, and meet the increasingly high requirements of the cause of firmly protecting sea and island sovereignty in the new situation.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the new term and the delegation to attend the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of Naval Region 4 for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with procedures and principles, with a high number of votes of confidence.
