The Ministry of Transport has just approved the results of selecting investors for the No. 1 aircraft maintenance service investment and business project in component 4 of Long Thanh International Airport.

According to the approval decision of the Ministry of Transport on December 9, the winning investor is the Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (VAECO).
This is an investor with experience in the field of aircraft maintenance at airports in Vietnam, and is also the investor that won the bid for the Project to invest in construction and business of aircraft maintenance services No. 4, part of component 4 of the Long Thanh International Airport project, phase 1.
The Ministry of Transport assigns the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam as the Inviting Party to sign and manage the contract based on the results approved by the Ministry in the above Decision to organize and implement the next steps.
The No. 1 aircraft maintenance service investment and business project has a scale that meets the maintenance capacity at one time for 1 code E aircraft and 2 code C aircraft; builds an operating house and auxiliary items, synchronous technical infrastructure to serve production and business.
