The Future Stars 2024 International Women's Volleyball Tournament attracts 8 teams including U.17 China, U.22 France, Air Asian (Thailand), Sesi VC (Brazil) in Group A and Group B includes Shanghai youth team, U.21 Elite (Canada), Red Sparks (Korea) and Vietnam women's volleyball team.
U.20 player Dang Thi Hong (19) was given the opportunity to try her hand at the Future Stars 2024 international women's volleyball tournament.
According to the announced schedule, Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen and the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will play the opening match against U.21 Elite at 1:00 p.m. on July 22, the second match against Shanghai Youth Team at 6:00 p.m. on July 23, and the final match of Group B against Red Sparks Club at 3:30 p.m. on July 24. If they win first or second place in the group, Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet's students will qualify for the semi-finals.

Most teams have young players competing in the Future Stars 2024 international women's volleyball tournament. The Vietnamese women's volleyball team also rejuvenated its squad to participate in this tournament with three U.20 players: Dang Thi Hong, Pham Quynh Huong, and Nguyen Van Ha. The coaching staff of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team also aims to test young players to help the Vietnamese women's volleyball team have more personnel options. In addition to the trio of U.20 players, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team also has other young talents such as Tra My and Nhu Quynh who are gradually asserting themselves after recent international tournaments.

Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen, the best scorer of the 2024 World Challenge Volleyball Cup, will replace Tran Thi Thanh Thuy as captain, promising to shine and help the Vietnamese women's volleyball team have another successful tournament.
