The 12th Vinh Phuc Provincial Press Awards Ceremony in 2023 is expected to take place on June 19.

The 12th Vinh Phuc Provincial Press Award 2023 considers and awards works about Vinh Phuc province in 5 types of journalism: Print, electronic, radio, television and photojournalism. Works participating in the Award are published on central and local mass media licensed by the Ministry of Information and Communications; posting time is from May 21, 2022 to May 20, 2023.

The Vinh Phuc Provincial Press Awards Council will organize the judging and selection to award prizes to high-quality entries with ideological and cultural orientations consistent with the guiding viewpoints on propagating the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, ensuring accuracy and objectivity. The themes of the entries focus on reflecting the following contents: organizing the implementation of Party Congress Resolutions at all levels, achievements in socio-economic development of the province; Party building work, building a clean, strong political system, operating effectively and efficiently; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style...

Priority is given to works that discover new issues, raise issues of public concern, positively orient public opinion, propose effective solutions, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the province and the country.

In order for the 12th Vinh Phuc Provincial Press Awards 2023 to be organized solemnly, in accordance with regulations, and to achieve the set goals and requirements, the Awards Council has issued the Awards Organizing Rules, the Awards Council's Organization and Working Regulations, and the Decision to establish Subcommittees to select works for the 2023 Awards.

The members of the Award Council attending the meeting gave their opinions on the Award Rules, the Council's organization and working regulations, the organization of the judging and the organization of the Award Ceremony to ensure solemnity and meaning. Receiving the opinions and contributions of the delegates, comrade Nguyen Dinh Bang, Chairman of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Journalists Association, hoped that the members of the Provincial Press Award Council would enhance their spirit and responsibility, actively participate in the judging and awarding work so that the 12th Vinh Phuc Provincial Press Award in 2023 would be successfully organized, ensuring solemnity, contributing to motivating, encouraging the spirit and honoring journalists.

It is expected that the 12th Vinh Phuc Provincial Press Awards Ceremony in 2023 will be held on June 19, 2023, on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2023).
