Currently, the People's Committee of Sam Son City has deployed a plan and assigned specific tasks to each agency, unit, commune and ward to effectively carry out the festival preparation work. In particular, it focuses on propaganda and promotion of the event; ensuring security - order, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, healthcare, welcoming delegates and other necessary conditions.

The city also coordinates with functional units to beautify the urban area, arrange reasonable parking lots, develop plans to organize walking streets, ensure a bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape, creating a good impression in the hearts of friends and tourists.

The opening ceremony will be broadcast live on Thanh Hoa Radio and Television Station and a number of provincial and municipal radio and television stations across the country.
