Lao Cai organizes seminar to promote investment and tourism in Japan

During the visit and working period in Japan, Lao Cai province organized many important activities. That was the organization of the Vietnam Investment Promotion and Tourism Promotion Seminar with the theme: Lao Cai - a successful destination. This seminar was co-organized by Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee, the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan, Vietnam Airlines Corporation in Japan, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), ASEAN - Japan Center (AJC).

Visit and work with the Governor of Nagano province, exchange talks with businesses in Nagano province; visit and work with the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan; visit and work with Japanese organizations and businesses such as JETRO, AJC, Sojitz Group, Erex Joint Stock Company; visit and work with the Governor of Shizuoka province; visit and survey the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai (Yamanashi); survey the area of Mount Fuji.

Lao Cai province hopes that the visit and work in Japan will contribute to expanding and strengthening the establishment of cooperative and friendly relations with Japanese localities on the basis of effectively exploiting the potential and strengths of each side and similarities in various fields; promoting the implementation of investment cooperation programs between Lao Cai province, Lao Cai enterprises and Japanese partners and enterprises.
