The Provincial Party Committee discussed the contents of leadership in socio-economic development and organizational work.

The 8th Conference of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025

At the conferences, delegates discussed and gave opinions on a number of investment projects in the area, including: Stopping the implementation of the Project to invest in building a high-quality medical examination and treatment facility at Thai Nguyen C Hospital; investing in Thanh Cong Urban Area Project, Pho Yen City (Area No. 4) and Residential Area Project No. 2, Tien Hoi Commune, Dai Tu District. The conference also considered the inspection plan for a number of urban area, housing area, and residential area projects invested from non-budgetary sources in the province.

Comrade Nguyen Quoc Huu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs reported at the Conference.

Regarding the organizational work, the Conference discussed important contents such as: Assigning tasks to the Standing Committee members, members of the Standing Committee, members of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; giving opinions on amending and supplementing the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XX, 2020 - 2025; promulgating the Working Regulations of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Comrade Dang Ngoc Huy, Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Director of the Department of Health reported at the Conference.

In addition, the Conference also gave opinions on important drafts, including: Political report of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; Plan to implement Action Program No. 62-CTr/TU on science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Plan to implement Directive No. 42-CT/TW on strengthening education on the qualities of diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality and selflessness; Resolution on the 2025 work tasks of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; Report on the first quarter work results and directions and tasks for the second quarter of 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee gave a speech.

In his speech, Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the key tasks in the coming time and requested units and localities to proactively implement the approved resolutions, ensuring progress, quality and efficiency. He especially paid attention to the dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, considering this an important task to promote the sustainable development of the province.

The Conference highly agreed and approved the contents presented at the Conference.
