The most profitable team in Vietnam

The AFF Cup 2024 ended on January 5, but as of this morning (January 13), the voting for individual titles, voted by fans, has not yet ended. Also as of this morning, Vietnamese players have dominated other competitors in these polls.

Duy Manh, Hoang Duc, Xuan Son have the upper hand

Xuan Son is just waiting for the official day to receive the award for best striker of AFF Cup, voted by fans.

In the award for best striker, Nguyen Xuan Son is outstanding. He currently has 94.64% of the votes, far surpassing the second place, Supachok Sarachat (Thailand), who currently has 2.56% of the votes. Third place in the list of best strikers of the tournament is Nguyen Tien Linh, with 2.36% of the votes.

In the vote for the best midfielder of the tournament, Nguyen Hoang Duc led with 70.59% of the votes. Next was Nguyen Quang Hai with 19.33% of the votes. The third place in the list of best midfielders of the tournament is also a player of the Vietnamese team, Nguyen Hai Long, with 8.96% of the votes.

In the vote for the best defender, the captain of the Vietnamese team, Do Duy Manh, won 81.18% of the votes, topping the list. Second place was center back Bui Tien Dung, with 15.59% of the votes. Meanwhile, the 3rd and 4th place winners were both Thai players, but they were far behind the Vietnamese players. The 3rd place winner on the list, Nicholas Mickelson, only had 1.70% of the votes. The 4th place winner, Suphanan Bureerat, had 1.19% of the votes.

Vietnam's goalkeeper Dinh Trieu dominates

Finally, in the award for the best goalkeeper of the AFF Cup 2024, voted by fans, goalkeeper Nguyen Dinh Trieu had 96.95% of the votes. He left the remaining competitors far behind. The person closest to Dinh Trieu was goalkeeper Patiwat Khammai (Thailand), with only 2.52% of the votes, while the remaining goalkeepers on the list, including Haziq Nadzli (Malaysia), Quincy Kammeraad (Philippines) and Izwan Mahbud (Singapore), none of whom reached 1% of the votes.

Duy Manh ranked highest in the vote for best defender

Dinh Trieu is far ahead of his competitors in the category of best goalkeeper.

Previously, Nguyen Xuan Son and goalkeeper Nguyen Dinh Trieu received awards voted by the professional council of AFF Cup 2024. Xuan Son received 2 awards for best player and top scorer (7 goals), while goalkeeper Dinh Trieu received the award for best goalkeeper, presented by the professional council.

Back to the fan-voted awards, with the current voting rates, it is only a matter of time before Vietnamese players win the best striker, best midfielder, best defender and best goalkeeper awards.
