Opening of knowledge training course for senior specialist and equivalent positions

On the morning of April 8, Khanh Hoa Provincial Political School coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs to organize the opening ceremony of the 34th training course for senior specialists and equivalent positions. Attending the training course were more than 80 students who were specialists, officials, and civil servants from agencies and units in the province.

During the 2-month period, the trainees will study, learn and be equipped with knowledge and skills related to the foundation of state administration; management and public service performance skills; human resource and financial management; administrative reform and application of information technology in management, administrative procedure reform; public service ethics... In particular, the main knowledge and skills equipped for the trainees are: The Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the political system; administrative procedures; financial and asset management in state agencies; state management by sector and territory; skills for working in a digital environment, presentations in public service activities, communication, time management... In addition, the trainees will also be equipped with ways to identify and resolve conflicts of interest in public service activities; prevent corruption, negativity, and waste. At the same time, they will practice solving some real administrative situations, thereby proposing innovative solutions to effectively perform public service. At the end of the course, qualified students will be awarded certificates according to regulations.
