23rd session (special) of the 22nd City People's Council, term 2021

On the morning of March 21, the People's Council of Bac Ninh city, term XXII, 2021 - 2026, held the 23rd session (special session) to discuss and review contents under its authority.

Overview of the Session

The meeting voted to pass the Resolution on the dismissal of 03 comrades from the 22nd term of the City People's Committee, term 2021-2026, and the election of 01 additional member of the City People's Committee.

The meeting discussed and voted to pass 04 Resolutions on: Adjusting the Medium-term Public Investment Plan for the period 2021-2025 (12th time); Adjusting the Public Investment Plan for 2025 (2nd time); Recovering, allocating, and supplementing the 2025 budget (3rd period); Assigning additional and transferring the number of employees ( staff quota and Education and Training career labor contracts ) in Bac Ninh city in 2025.

The meeting conducted a vote to dismiss and elect additional members of the City People's Committee.

The City People's Council requests the City People's Committee to closely follow the direction of the Central Government, the Province, the City Party Committee and the actual situation of the locality to properly and effectively implement the work contents in all fields, determined to fulfill the highest political tasks set out. Strengthen propaganda work to create consensus among cadres, party members and people in implementing the policy of merging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a 2-level local government organization model; Be ready to implement immediately after receiving a decision from the competent authority./ .
