On the evening of May 27, Mr. Duong Anh Duc, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, along with many senior leaders of the city attended the inauguration ceremony of the Van Phuc Water Show. This is the largest square and water music system in Vietnam, recently recognized by the Vietnam Record Organization, with a total investment of more than 200 billion VND.

The 6,000 m2 Van Phuc Water Show music area located in Dai Nhat Lake (Van Phuc City Urban Area, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City) has a scale of 16 hectares with a capacity of 5,000 people.
The water music project is arranged in a 120m long arc shape on Dai Nhat Lake. The light show is 80m x 12m in size with more than 50 types of nozzles. The water column in the show can be up to 60m high. In addition, the project's rain head system can spray up to 35m high with more than 400 nozzles.
Mr. Le Van Minh, representative of the project investor, said that the unit is very happy and proud to complete the largest and most modern water music area in Vietnam. Mr. Minh also expressed his thanks to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the People's Committee of Thu Duc City for supporting and creating favorable conditions for the investor and the construction unit to complete the project and put it into service for the people and businesses.
At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Ngoc, General Secretary of the Vietnam Record Organization, said that the organization was very happy to award the Vietnam Record to the Van Phuc Water Show music project. This will be an ideal destination for people in Thu Duc City in particular and Ho Chi Minh City in general.
Ms. Ngoc hopes that the project investor will continue to promote this destination more widely and strongly so that more people can know and experience it.
Ms. Nguyen Khanh Huyen (residing in Thu Duc City) said that her family was very happy to see the largest water music project in Vietnam officially put into operation.
“ Tonight, when I witnessed the magical and sparkling water music performance, I felt extremely satisfied. I will introduce my relatives and friends to come here to experience this wonderful feeling,” said Ms. Huyen.
According to the investor representative, the water music show will be performed on weekends and major holidays. Official ticket prices have not yet been announced.
