Recently, Truong Giang has been actively exercising and eating scientifically to lose weight. By the end of 2024, he set a goal of losing 13 kg. As of November 2024, the actor had lost 11 kg. From 74 kg, Truong Giang reduced to only 63 kg. To change his appearance, Truong Giang had to go through a rigorous training process and eat scientifically.
