On March 26, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, Miss Intercontinental 2022, officially announced her appointment as Executive Director of the Miss World Vietnam 2025 pageant.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Miss Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc confirmed that she will take on the role of Executive Director.

She said her new job focuses on three main areas: orienting and coordinating the organization of beauty contests, working with domestic and foreign partners, and accompanying contestants throughout their journey.

Holding a senior leadership position brings many changes in Bao Ngoc's life, especially her sense of responsibility.

"After taking on the new position, I am more aware of my role. I also orient that, although participating in many different fields, I still prioritize community and humanitarian projects," she emphasized.

Previously, Bao Ngoc founded and developed the program "Youth for Sustainable Development".

In her new role, she continues to pursue human values ​​by connecting resources and building topics. At the same time, Bao Ngoc also provides specific directions to help beauty pageant contestants develop sustainable community projects.

According to Bao Ngoc, this will be the foundation for contestants to go further in competitions that promote the spirit of charity.

"Women should not be bound by strict standards"

Despite her busy schedule, Bao Ngoc always tries to balance her career and life. She said she always prioritizes flexibility, from her working style to her personal style.

"Women should not be bound by strict standards of appearance or dress.

I have seen many people being judged just because of the way they dress. In my opinion, each working environment can have its own criteria, but we should not impose a rigid style model on them," said Miss Bao Ngoc.

As CEO, Bao Ngoc can wear a suit, or a T-shirt with jeans when doing outdoor activities, or an evening gown when attending events.

For her, clothing is not the factor that defines a leader's style. What matters most is their ability and responsibility.

Standing at 1.85m tall, Bao Ngoc also faces many challenges when choosing clothes. Common size standards are often not suitable, forcing her to pay more attention when choosing clothes.

To overcome this, Bao Ngoc prioritizes designs with suitable shapes, helping to highlight existing advantages. At the same time, most of Bao Ngoc's outfits are tailored to ensure a perfect fit and flattering figure.

Before every event or photo shoot, she always takes time to prepare carefully, because to her, a neat appearance is not only about style but also shows professionalism.

Bao Ngoc also frankly faced prejudices against beauty queens and beauties.

In public opinion, many people have prejudices that beauty queens are "mobile vases" lacking practical abilities. However, she affirmed: "Every field has its own imposed views. I have never let those thoughts limit myself.

Women always face countless unreasonable standards and barriers. Instead of being concerned, I want to use my voice to create a positive influence. I hope that young people will not let prejudices bind them but always believe in their own abilities."

Don't put too much emphasis on proving yourself.

Previously, Bao Ngoc attracted attention on social networks when she publicly announced her academic achievements with a series of certificates and awards. The Miss Intercontinental frankly said that it was a way to acknowledge her own efforts, not to show off or be complacent.

"My achievements are still modest compared to many people, but I have the right to be proud and need to understand my position clearly to continue trying. However, that does not reflect the entire direction of my career.

I always aim for intellectual values ​​and live with ideals," Miss Bao Ngoc shared.

For Miss Intercontinental 2022, success is not only about titles or achievements but also about the values ​​that each person pursues.

Bao Ngoc affirmed that she has never thought of the word "rich man". Because to her, the richest person is the one who knows how to live a full and meaningful life every day, not only for themselves but also to contribute to the community.
