Creative art space "Da Nang in Me"

In order to diversify unique and creative activities to serve people and tourists to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025), the Center for Culture - Cinema organizes the "Da Nang in Me" Artistic Creation Space with the cooperation of the Museum of Fine Arts, Da Nang Tui Group, members of the Da Nang Fine Arts Association, Da Nang University of Architecture, Dong A University, ARTTA Fine Arts Company Limited, Kindergartens, Talent Centers, artisans and artists in the city.

The creative art space will take place for 5 days from March 27 to March 31, 2025 at East Sea Park, Son Tra district, Da Nang city.

The program aims to bring residents and visitors a completely new experience of Da Nang city. Discover Da Nang, both familiar and strange, through images and activities that bring the breath of the central coastal city with 05 main spaces with diverse experiences:

Interactive space: Opportunity for participants to learn about Da Nang through all aspects of culture, history, and life. The interactive box “A corner of Da Nang” satisfies the curiosity of participants when they open the “blind box” containing stories about Da Nang – information from cultural, historical aspects to daily life in the lifestyle of the city’s people.

Mosaic space: The journey of 50 years of integration and development will be sketched in 50 pieces through the talented hands of professional artists who have been associated with Da Nang for many years. From a painting perspective, Da Nang changes authentically over the years and then combines into a panoramic picture of "Da Nang - the aspiration to reach the sea".

The street art space features graffiti artists: Knee Jerk, Cunky Nguyen Hoang Viet, Son Shadow. The street artists will express their strong feelings for Da Nang through their liberal, modern and unique drawings directly in the space.

Visitors can also experience a new form of art - installation art. Inspired by colorful yarns and the activity of folding cranes, airplanes, boats, etc., "Dream Color Yarn" uses materials familiar to childhood to create creative models that sparkle under the sunlight. This promises to be a unique check-in space for participants of all ages, created by artist Tran Chi Thanh.

There are also interesting spaces for children to experience sand painting on lovely sea creatures and folk pottery making. Children will learn about traditional art and have memorable memories when participating in the program.

Space for experiential activities and exhibition activities: Coming from units, schools, and centers in the city, all will come together to create a unique and vibrant space for artistic creation:

- University of Architecture: Sketch drawing instruction and exhibition activities for 3 days (March 27, 28, 29, 2025)

- Dong A University: Printing folk woodcut paintings on paper and canvas bags for 05 days (From March 27-31, 2025)

- Wisdom Nursery Kindergarten: Organize games for guests to participate (lucky spin and lego puzzle about Da Nang) for 03 days (From March 27-29, 2025)

- Binh Minh Vietnamese Ceramics: Pottery making and mosaic mosaic activities for 5 days (From March 27-31, 2025)

- Bong's House Drawing Class: Children's painting exhibition and handmade products (watermark fans) on March 30, 2025

- Passion Drawing Class: Drawing and painting display activities; drawing on wood for decoration, coasters, and keychains for 3 days (From March 29-31, 2025)

With diverse open spaces for experiential activities, “Da Nang in Me” introduces to the public a vivid miniature picture of Da Nang city with special emotions when recalling the memories of old Da Nang, along with a fresh look at Da Nang today through the creative ideas of the art community that is attached to the city.
