Not recognizing the land complaint of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan's family

Mr. Nguyen Phong represented Ms. Nhan to appeal against the following decisions: Decision 7244/QD-UBND of Tam Ky City People's Committee regarding the revocation of Land Use Right Certificate No. CV 398801 issued by Tam Ky City People's Committee on May 18, 2020; Decision No. 7295/QD-UBND of Tam Ky City People's Committee on the revocation and cancellation of Decision No. 6441/QD-UBND of Tam Ky City People's Committee on permission to change land use purpose in Truong Xuan Ward (Tam Ky City) and Decision 7294/QD-UBND on the revocation of Land Use Right Certificate No. DK 403182 issued by Tam Ky City People's Committee to Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan.

At the meeting, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment announced the results of verifying the complaint content for Mr. Nguyen Phong.

Based on the results of the examination and verification, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment concluded that Ms. Nhan's complaint against Decisions No. 7244/QD-UBND, Decision 7295/QD-UBND and Decision 7294/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Tam Ky City has no basis for consideration and resolution. At the same time, it affirmed that Decision No. 3774/QD-UBND dated August 14, 2024 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Ky City on the initial settlement of the complaint is in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment recommends that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issue a decision to resolve the complaint against Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan according to the above verification conclusion.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Son - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that Tam Ky City revoked the administrative decision which is the Land Use Right Certificate and related documents, not the land of citizens. The decisions were issued to handle errors in the process of granting certificates, any individual or unit that made mistakes will be held responsible.

Mr. Son also explained and guided citizens about their rights and responsibilities to continue resolving the case according to current regulations.
