To ensure citizens' rights, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Long Hai requested departments and branches to report in detail the content of the incident and the handling process.
In addition, it is recommended that the competent authorities enhance their responsibilities and review the process of handling complaints and denunciations within their authority and within the time limit prescribed by law. At the same time, it is recommended that the Department of Justice direct the Lawyers Association and the Provincial Legal Aid Center to support citizens in exercising their right to petition, complain and denounce in accordance with the law, contributing to ensuring citizens' rights.
