Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the provincial planning consultancy unit to review, receive and explain according to the request of the Department of Construction to complete the Provincial Planning dossier.
In particular, research on population control indicators for the converted population in the provincial planning dossier needs to be specifically determined to serve as a basis for implementing specialized technical plans and contents related to functional areas in the provincial planning implementation plan to ensure consistency between planning levels.
At the same time, receive and explain the opinions and suggestions of localities (with attached documents) to proactively integrate them into the Provincial Planning according to regulations; coordinate with the Department of Construction and relevant sectors to guide localities to make appropriate adjustments to related planning.
The Provincial People's Committee requests that the districts and towns: Dien Ban, Phu Ninh, Dong Giang, Bac Tra My, Nui Thanh, Nam Tra My, Tay Giang, Nong Son that have not yet reported, urgently review according to the request of the Department of Construction and coordinate with the Department of Construction to research and integrate into the provincial planning in accordance with regulations.
In case any locality has not yet agreed on the contents of the Provincial Planning dossier, the Department of Planning and Investment shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, relevant sectors and units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to seek opinions from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee before submitting to the Prime Minister to complete the Provincial Planning dossier according to regulations.
