In particular, there are many tourism services, entertainment areas, and high-class resorts, among which are Vinpearl Cua Hoi resort, Cua Hoi entertainment area, and Ngu Island eco-tourism area...

On this occasion, Cua Lo town was also honored to receive the Decision to recognize the National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Yen Luong Temple Festival, Nghi Thuy Ward, Cua Lo town. This is a folk festival associated with the worship of the Four Holy Mothers and the gods of fortune of coastal residents; one of the most unique traditional festivals of Nghe An, expressing many unique elements of coastal culture, passed down for hundreds of years.
Cua Lo Beach is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the North Central region. In 2023, Cua Lo town attracted more than 3.6 million tourists; of which the number of overnight guests is estimated at 1.256 million; revenue from service and tourism activities reached about 3,562 billion VND.

In 2024, Cua Lo aims to welcome and serve 4.15 million tourists, of which 1.45 million will stay overnight; revenue from service and tourism activities will reach VND4,200 billion.
