On the afternoon of October 23, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony of the film week commemorating the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's third visit to Thai Binh (October 26, 1958 - October 26, 2023). The films shown are documentaries and special Vietnamese feature films about Uncle Ho such as: Ho Chi Minh - Portrait of a Man, Uncle Ho with Thai Binh, Uncle Ho with Cinema, The Last Hours of Uncle Ho's Life, Crossing the Shanghai Wharf...
Officials, civil servants, public employees, students and people attended the opening ceremony of the film week.
The film week has practical significance in propagating and educating cadres, party members and people of all walks of life about the great life and career of President Ho Chi Minh; about his ideology, morality and style; about his affection for the Party Committee and people of Thai Binh; honoring the achievements and contributions of the Party Committee and people of Thai Binh in the cause of fighting, building and defending the Fatherland. Thereby creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encouraging and promoting patriotism, continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in each cadre, party member and people, thereby determining to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the resolutions of party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.
