Plan to implement Project 06/CP in Hai Phong

Hai Phong city's plan sets a goal for all levels and sectors to be consistent in perception and action, in the spirit of "not saying no, not saying difficult, not saying yes but not doing".

Project 06/CP is considered one of the most important political tasks, contributing to promoting modern social governance, creating a favorable environment for production and business and improving the quality of services for the people.

Enhance connectivity and data sharing across sectors such as population, justice, education and banking.

To successfully implement, departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees at all levels of Hai Phong need to continue to synchronously deploy solutions and complete the remaining tasks of 2024 and 2025. The development of applications and utilities for people and businesses will be based on the exploitation of digitized data. This requires avoiding overlap and waste, ensuring the goals are consistent with the characteristics of the city. Leaders also need to be highly determined and clearly implement each assigned task.

In 2025, all levels need to focus on implementing the Law and related guiding documents, ensuring that 100% of administrative procedures (AP) related to enterprises are conducted online and are not limited by administrative boundaries. It is necessary to review, reduce and simplify APs according to the Prime Minister's direction, while enhancing connectivity and data sharing among sectors such as population, justice, education and banking.

To ensure the success of the plan, according to Hai Phong's plan, it is necessary to organize training programs for officials, civil servants and people on digital skills. Promoting non-cash payments in social areas is also an important goal.

Plan 36/KH-BCĐA06 is an important step in realizing digital transformation in Hai Phong. The determination and consensus of leaders at all levels will be the key factor to ensure the success of this Project, contributing to improving the effectiveness of governance and serving the people.
