Binh Thuan State Treasury announces recruitment of labor contracts

I. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS FOR REGISTRATION FOR LABOR CONTRACT RECRUITMENT

1. General conditions:

a) Have only one nationality, Vietnamese nationality;

b) Be 18 years of age or older and not older than 45 years of age by the application deadline;

c) Be healthy enough to work;

d) Have a background confirmed by a competent authority;

d) Ability to meet the requirements of the job position;

e) Not being under criminal prosecution or serving a prison sentence, non-custodial reform or being subject to educational measures at the commune, ward or town level; being sent to a reform school; being sent to a compulsory education facility or being sent to a compulsory drug rehabilitation facility; not being banned from practicing a profession or from doing work related to the contract signing.

2. Specific conditions

Security guard position:

- Meet the conditions and standards stated in point 1, section I of this Notice.

- Master the regulations and operating procedures according to assigned tasks;

- Proficient in using technical equipment and tools to serve task requirements.

- Have a high school diploma or higher.

3. Priority subjects: Priority is given to those with 2 years or more of practical experience in the job position to be recruited; those who have completed military service, public security service, and youth volunteer team members.

In case an applicant belongs to many priority categories, only one priority category will be counted in the score results of round 2 - the interview round.

4. Register for admission , complete application form:

4.1. Application documents according to the requirements of the recruitment position:

- Application form (according to the appendix attached to this Notice).

- Photocopies of diplomas and certificates as required by the job position.

- Health certificate certified by a health authority at district level or higher (valid from the date of application submission not more than 6 months).

- 02 photos (size 4cm x 6cm) taken within the last 6 months up to the time of notification, clearly stating full name, date of birth; 02 envelopes with stamps and clearly stating full name, phone number, and address of the recipient.

- In case of priority in the selection of labor contracts, submit a photocopy of documents identifying priority subjects, specifically:

+ For those with 2 years or more of practical experience in the job position to be recruited: provide social insurance book and other relevant documents proving previous work at other agencies, organizations and units.

+ For those who have completed their military service, public security service, or youth volunteer team members: submit a discharge decision or documents confirming completion of military service, public security service, etc.

Note :

- The examiner must commit that the information declared on the application form is true. In case of false declaration, the examination result will be canceled and the examiner must be responsible before the law .

- The documents identifying priority subjects (if any) must be issued by the competent authority before the deadline for receiving the Application Form. Candidates must declare their priority subjects in the Application Form and submit documents identifying priority subjects (if any) as mentioned above together with the Application Form. If they do not declare and do not submit the priority confirmation within the prescribed time limit, they will not be considered for priority in the application process.

- For documents sent by post: The document components must be clipped together and put into a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope must clearly state: "Application for recruitment of security guards; full name, address, phone number of the sender; name and address of the unit receiving the documents: Binh Thuan State Treasury Office, Vo Van Kiet Street, Phu Thuy Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.

n - Each set of Application Forms is arranged in the order above and the documents attached to the Application Form are stapled together. The examiner does not have to put them in the envelope if submitting directly.

- Candidates get the Application form and instructions for filling out the application form on the Treasury website at https://www.vst.mof.gov.vn .

4.2. Complete application form

a) Within 30 days from the date of receiving the notification of the admission results, the successful candidate must go to the Binh Thuan State Treasury to complete the admission application. The admission application includes:

- Copies of diplomas and certificates as required by the job position, documents identifying priority subjects (if any);

- Criminal record certificate issued by competent authority.

b) In case the successful candidate does not complete the required documents or commits fraud in filling out the Application Form or is discovered to have used an incorrect diploma, certificate or certification to participate in the recruitment, the head of the competent agency for the recruitment of the Labor Contract shall issue a decision to cancel the recruitment result.

In case the applicant commits fraud in declaring the Application Form or uses a diploma, certificate or certification that is not in accordance with regulations to participate in the application, the State Treasury of Binh Thuan will not accept the Application Form in the next application period.

II. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS IN ADMISSION

1. Admission objects:

- Recruitment of security guard positions at Binh Thuan State Treasury and district-level State Treasury under Binh Thuan State Treasury.

2. Form and content of admission:

2.1. Admission form:

Interview about the professional qualifications and skills of the candidate according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.

2.2. Examination content:

Labor Contract Selection is conducted in 02 rounds as follows:

(1) Round 1: Check the admission requirements on the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If the requirements are met, the applicant will be allowed to participate in round 2.

(2) Round 2:

- Interview to test the knowledge and skills of the candidate to perform the job according to the requirements of the job position. Interview content includes:

+ Functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Treasury under the Ministry of Finance, State Treasury in provinces and centrally run cities, State Treasury of districts, towns, cities and regional State Treasury under the State Treasury in provinces and centrally run cities;

+ Responsibilities, tasks, and powers of the recruitment position;

+ Communication and behavioral skills of the examiner.

- Interview scores are calculated on a 100-point scale.

- Interview time is no more than 30 minutes.

- No review of interview results is performed.

2.3. Recruitment results and determination of successful candidates in the recruitment period for labor contracts:

a) Admission results:

Admission result: Total interview score and priority points (if any).

b) Determining the successful candidates in the labor contract selection exam:

Candidates who pass the selection exam must meet the following conditions:

- Round 2 score is 50 points or higher;

- The results of round 2 plus priority points (if any) are higher, taken in descending order within the recruitment quota of each job position.

- In case there are 02 or more people with the same interview score in round 2 plus priority points (if any) in the final quota of the job position to be recruited, the person with the higher interview score in round 2 will be the successful candidate; if the successful candidate is still not determined, the Director of the State Treasury of Binh Thuan will decide the successful candidate.

- Those who fail the selection in the Labor Contract selection round will not have their selection results reserved for the next selection rounds.

III. ADMISSION CRITERIA

Admission criteria: Total of 05 criteria, including:

Security guards: at Binh Thuan State Treasury, Duc Linh State Treasury, La Gi State Treasury

IV. TIME AND PLACE OF ADMISSION EXAM

1. Expected time of admission exam: November 2023

2. Expected location for the examination: Binh Thuan State Treasury, Vo Van Kiet Street, Phu Thuy, Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan

Note:

- Binh Thuan State Treasury will announce the list of candidates eligible for the interview, the official time and location of the exam, the exam results and any adjustments (if any) to each candidate; post them at the gate of the agency where the exam is held and where the labor contract is received; and post them on the State Treasury's website (address https://vst.mof.gov.vn ), the State Treasury's electronic information portal.

- Candidates whose applications have been accepted must proactively monitor the list of candidates eligible for admission, information on the official time and location of the admission exam and admission results on the State Treasury's website (address https://vst.mof.gov.vn ) .

V. ORGANIZATION OF RECEIVING REGISTRATION FORMS FOR ADMISSION CONSIDERATION

1. Deadline for receiving Application Forms:

The deadline for receiving the Application Form is 15 days from October 24, 2023 to November 13, 2023. In case of sending by post, the postmark date will be counted. Cases submitted after the above time are invalid.

2. Place to receive application documents for labor contract recruitment: Binh Thuan State Treasury Office . Vo Van Kiet Street, Phu Thuy Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.

3. Note:

Candidates who are not eligible for admission or register but do not participate in the admission process, the admission unit will not return the application documents.
