Dong Ha commune receives certificate of recognition as model new rural area

Dong Ha Commune People's Committee said that it will achieve advanced new rural standards by 2023. Based on the achievements, Dong Ha officials and people have started to build a model new rural commune. After more than a year of implementation , the appearance of Dong Ha commune has improved a lot .

Authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the leaders of Duc Linh district presented congratulatory flowers and awarded a certificate of recognition for achieving model new rural standards to the leaders of Dong Ha commune.

Infrastructure, electricity, roads, schools and stations continue to be invested and upgraded according to the criteria of a model new rural area . National defense is ensured, political security and social order and safety in the area are maintained and stable. The total mobilized resources for building a model new rural area reached nearly 500 billion VND , of which organizations , individuals, businesses and people contributed over 100 billion VND. Through assessment, by the end of 2024, Dong Ha has achieved all the criteria of a model new rural commune. Dong Ha commune was recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as meeting the standards of a model new rural area in 2024.

On the basis of a model new rural commune, Dong Ha will focus all resources to continue promoting socio - economic development, maintaining national defense , and performing well the task of ensuring security and order in the area . In particular, constantly improving the quality of material and spiritual life for the people.

At the ceremony, Duc Linh District People's Committee commended and highly appreciated the achievements and solidarity of the cadres and people of Dong Ha commune in joining hands to build and turn the locality into a model new rural commune. On this occasion, Duc Linh District People 's Committee Award certificates of merit to groups and individuals for their positive contributions to the process of building model new rural areas in the locality .
