From November, international visitors to Hong Kong will be given a voucher worth HK$100 to use at night services such as bars and restaurants.
"Experience Hong Kong's Nightlife" is a campaign launched by the Hong Kong Tourism Board to attract international visitors to explore the city's nightlife. The campaign includes many activities taking place from the end of October until the end of the year.
The highlight is the program to give away 1 million vouchers worth 100 Hong Kong dollars. Visitors can use them at bars and restaurants after 6pm, effective from November. At the end of October, visitors to Hong Kong can experience the Halloween atmosphere and participate in wine and food festivals.

In November, in addition to the voucher program, the Hong Kong Tourism Board also has a "Taste Around Town" activity, introducing world-famous bars and restaurants to international visitors. Also in this month, the Winter Festival is held on Victoria Harbour.
The last month of the year features the Clockenflap music festival and New Year's Eve countdown at Victoria Harbour.
In order to promote the night economy and meet the shopping needs of tourists, shopping malls in Hong Kong will increase opening hours to welcome customers.
Hong Kong is racing to attract international visitors. A representative of the Hong Kong Tourism Board said that Vietnam is one of the leading markets for this destination. Since the beginning of the year, Hong Kong has stepped up promotional activities and loosened visa policies for Vietnamese visitors. In February, Hong Kong approved e-visa applications for Vietnamese visitors. The procedure is faster, and visitors do not have to submit their applications via post or Chinese diplomatic agencies.
In early March, Hong Kong gave away 500,000 free tickets to tourists around the world, including 80,000 round-trip tickets in Southeast Asia, of which 8,800 were for the Vietnamese market.
