On June 30, Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Thanh Binh, Chief of Buon Ma Thuot City Police, said that the unit is still taking statements and investigating to handle 28 cases that tested positive for drugs in a bar.

Initial information, at around 11:30 p.m. on June 29, Buon Ma Thuot City Police mobilized more than 100 officers and soldiers to suddenly inspect Astro bar at 21 Tran Nhat Duat Street, Tan Loi Ward (Buon Ma Thuot City).

There, the authorities discovered dozens of young men and women showing signs of being high on drugs, dancing to loud music. After counting, there were 83 guests having fun at the bar.

During a quick check, the police discovered 28 cases positive for drugs. Of these, 25 cases sitting at 4 tables of the restaurant showed signs of organizing illegal drug use.

Searching the tables, the police seized about 5 grams of Ketamine, 6 grams of ecstasy, 3 cylinders of laughing gas and some other related evidence...

According to Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Thanh Binh, this is the largest drug-using organization in a bar in Dak Lak that has ever been successfully destroyed by the Buon Ma Thuot City Police.
