International Conference on Marine Science, Technology and Fisheries

On March 27 and 28, the 5th International Conference on Marine Science and Technology and Fisheries (MFST 2025) took place at Nha Trang University, organized by the university in collaboration with National Taiwan Ocean University (China). The conference was attended by more than 180 researchers, scholars, and experts, including 35 international delegates from Taiwan (China), Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, India, etc.

With nearly 100 papers from related fields, including 62 oral presentations and 35 posters, the conference is an opportunity for scientists to present and share breakthrough research, exchange ideas, and discuss solutions to current challenges in the marine industry. The research focuses on 6 main areas: Aquaculture technology; marine environment and climate change; sustainable fisheries and resource conservation; seafood processing and post-harvest technology; infrastructure, maritime transport and smart aquaculture; marine economy and green tourism.

The organizers presented flowers and certificates to sponsors and partners of the conference.

In addition to scientific discussions, the conference also organized booths to display and introduce new products and technologies in the maritime and fisheries sectors, creating opportunities for organizations and businesses to introduce their products and seek cooperation in this field. In addition, the two sides also set up working sessions on the sidelines of the conference to promote new cooperation activities in training strong professions and implementing joint research projects.
