Scientific conference on innovation and quality improvement

The workshop received 33 presentations from representatives of agencies of Military Region 9; representatives of departments, organizations, schools and scientists.

The comments focused on 7 contents including: Innovation in teaching methods of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought for current students in schools; experience in innovation and teaching methods of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought in the current period; current situation and solutions for organizing extracurricular and supplementary activities in studying and researching Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought in schools; results and experiences in researching, creatively applying and developing Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought in building local armed forces; solutions to improve the quality of studying, researching, applying and developing Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought in educational institutions; innovation in forms and methods of propagating and educating Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought in grassroots units; Applying Ho Chi Minh's thoughts to innovation and improving the quality of education and training in schools today.

Colonel Pham Thanh Binh, Principal of Military School of Military Region 9, said: “The results of the workshop will help the school, scientists, and managers have an objective and accurate view of the position, role, and importance of “Innovation, improvement of quality, effectiveness of learning, research, application, and development of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought in current education and training”. Thereby, strengthening leadership and direction to effectively fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints; diversifying forms of struggle to protect the foundation of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought. Improving the quality of implementing the coordination and information exchange mechanism, proactively grasping the plots, tricks, and sabotage methods of hostile forces and political opportunists; building arguments to fight against erroneous and distorted arguments, contributing to firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the new situation”.
