Promote the Emulation Movement to Win

In the period of 2019-2024, the emulation and reward work and the Emulation movement for Victory of Division 330 have been comprehensively innovated from the awareness of leadership, command to organization and implementation; which is the driving force for the unit to excellently complete the assigned tasks. Specifically, the annual inspection results have met and exceeded the targets set by the resolution; in the past 5 years, the Division has had 17 collectives recognized by the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 9 as "Excellent Training Unit" and "Excellent Physical Training Unit".

Division 330, Military Region 9, organized the Emulation Congress for Victory for the period 2019-2024.

In the coming time, the Party Committee and the Division Command will focus on leading and directing comprehensive and specific innovation in improving the quality and effectiveness of emulation and reward work and the Emulation movement to Win in accordance with the requirements and tasks in the new situation. In particular, effectively implementing the 3 breakthroughs according to the Resolution of the 10th Party Congress of the Division for the 2020-2025 term has determined: Improving the quality of training and exercises; strengthening the building of regulations, compliance with discipline and laws; improving the capacity, sense of responsibility and moral qualities of cadres and party members, especially cadres in charge at all levels; taking care to build party organizations in the Division that are strong in politics, ideology, organization, morality and cadres associated with building strong, comprehensive "exemplary and typical" agencies and units; Regularly foster and improve the spirit, responsibility, pioneering and exemplary nature of cadres at all levels, promote democracy, high solidarity and unity, and be ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.

Colonel Le Cong Hanh, Political Commissar of Division 330 affirmed: “Determine the goals, directions, tasks, and key solutions to implement the Emulation and Reward Movement and the Emulation Movement to Win in the new period. Organize well the exchange of learning, replicate advanced examples; new models; good and creative ways of doing things... to promote the emulation movement to win of the division to develop both in breadth and depth; contribute to the excellent completion of assigned political tasks. Continue the glorious tradition of the heroic armed forces unit, contribute to firmly protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland”.
