Specifically, 3 transport ships of Transport Brigade 659, Military Region 9 equipped with pumps and water tanks moved from Can Tho City to provide clean water for free to people in Khanh Binh Dong Commune, Tran Van Thoi District; Bien Bach Commune, Thoi Binh District and Khanh Thuan Commune, Minh District.
Military Region 9 brings more than 1,600 cubic meters of water to provide free of charge to people lacking clean water in Ca Mau.
This is an activity to help people in the Mekong Delta region who lack clean water due to drought and saltwater intrusion.
According to plan, on the morning of April 8, vehicles will be present at the locations, and soldiers will provide clean water to the people.
