The second conference of the Party Executive Committee of the Party agencies of Binh Thuan province, term 2020-2025

Evaluating the implementation of Party building work in the first quarter, proposing key tasks in the second quarter of 2025 and giving opinions on the Draft direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term were the main contents discussed at the second Conference of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Binh Thuan province, which took place on the morning of March 26. Comrade Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies chaired the conference.

Attending the Conference were members of the Party Executive Committee; secretaries of branches and grassroots Party committees (units without members of the Party Executive Committee); leaders of advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies.

The Party Committees of the Provincial Party agencies were established and officially put into operation from February 14, 2025. Currently, the entire Party Committee has 23 subordinate grassroots Party organizations, including 4 grassroots Party Committees and 19 grassroots Party cells, with 542 Party members.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies chaired the conference.

Although it was only recently established, the Party Committee Standing Committee has promptly disseminated, thoroughly grasped and propagated the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State to Party committees and affiliated Party organizations; proactively grasped public opinion, the ideological situation of cadres, Party members and the masses in the Party Committee. Implemented the study and thorough understanding of the 2025 Special Topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on implementing social progress and justice, focusing on nurturing people's strength, constantly improving the material and spiritual life of the people" to ensure compliance with the plan. The Party Committee has also focused on leading, directing and implementing the consolidation and arrangement of the Party Committee's apparatus, establishing affiliated Party branches and Party Committees according to the Central's guidelines and the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; issued documents related to the activities of the Party Committee and Party Committee's agencies immediately after the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies were established. Prepare contents to organize the Congress of Party Delegates of Provincial Party agencies, term 2025 - 2030. At the same time, lead and direct grassroots Party Committees to lead subordinate Party cells to organize the congress for the term 2025 - 2027.

The key task in the second quarter of 2025 is that the Party Committee Standing Committee focuses on directing Party committees at all levels to continue to lead the organization of a streamlined apparatus, operate effectively, efficiently and effectively; do a good job of political and ideological work, create high consensus in society, especially among cadres and Party members. Focus on leading, directing and guiding grassroots Party committees to complete the organization of congresses of branches and grassroots Party committees for the 2025-2030 term. Promote the leadership role of Party committees, especially the heads of agencies and units in organizing and implementing the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity. Lead, direct and implement well the work of mass mobilization and grassroots democracy regulations; regularly grasp the ideological situation and mood of cadres, Party members, union members and workers. Promote the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's theme in 2025 on "Successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels; streamlining the organizational apparatus, operating effectively, efficiently and effectively"; emulation movements, effectively performing assigned tasks...

In addition, the work of administrative procedure reform and digital transformation within the Party also needs attention. At the same time, it is necessary to do a good job of managing and using the Party Committee's finances and assets in accordance with the Party's regulations and the State's laws; review regulations and rules related to the regime and policies of cadres, civil servants and employees to amend, supplement and adjust accordingly.
