The 2025 Customer Conference is an opportunity to evaluate the results of 37 years of Agribank Son La's construction and growth, and at the same time express gratitude to customers who have been with Agribank. After 37 years of construction and development, Agribank Son La has risen to become the number one financial banking brand in the province. By the end of 2024, the total mobilized capital reached nearly 12,000 billion VND. Total outstanding loans were over 17,000 billion VND, accounting for 36% of the market share compared to credit institutions in the province. Of which, outstanding loans for agriculture and rural areas accounted for 70% of total outstanding loans. It is a leading bank in the field of credit investment for agriculture and rural areas and providing modern banking products and services. Up to now, Agribank Son La's customer system has reached over 240,000 customers. With the contributions of Agribank, it has made an important contribution to stabilizing and developing the socio-economy, effectively implementing the National Target Program on new rural construction, sustainable poverty reduction, and preventing black credit in the area.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Dang Ngoc Hau acknowledged and praised the achievements of Agribank Son La over the past 37 years. He affirmed that Agribank Son La is not only a pioneer in providing financial products and services to serve the production and business needs of the people, but also actively accompanies national target programs and sustainable poverty reduction. These efforts have contributed to improving people's lives, promoting agricultural and rural development and supporting local businesses to grow strongly.

In order to concretize the Prime Minister's banking development strategy and the province's direction on the general policy of building "Comprehensive Finance", in which the goal is to ensure for all people and businesses.
