Notably, thoroughly grasp and seriously study the resolutions, directives, and regulations of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff on combat readiness, regular construction, and discipline management; Propaganda work was deployed extensively and effectively; Congresses were carefully prepared and well organized in advance at the Party cell, departmental Party Committee, and grassroots Party Committee levels to gain experience in organizing Congresses throughout the agency. In March 2025, Party committees at all levels directed the holding of congresses for more than 80% of Party cells under departmental Party Committees, grassroots Party Committees, and more than 70% of departmental Party Committees in accordance with procedures and principles; all cadres elected to the Party Committee were elected with high votes of confidence.

The General Staff has organized extensive and practical gratitude activities; promptly subsidized and supported thousands of soldiers and families with policies in difficult circumstances. Specifically, it coordinated with the Chief of the General Staff to inspect combat readiness and visit and present gifts on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty to 363 groups and 5,199 policy beneficiaries with a total amount of nearly 13.5 billion VND; supported the construction of 20 gratitude houses, 60 great solidarity houses, and 6 comrade houses in strict compliance with the plan; subsidized difficulties for 363 soldiers, workers and defense officials with serious illnesses, illnesses requiring long-term treatment, and those in especially difficult circumstances with a total amount of nearly 1 billion VND.
