Business activities of industrial explosives, services related to industrial explosives and input materials for explosives factories in the General Department of Defense Industry; carton box production; vocational training - labor export; transportation business... are maintained and developed stably.

The Corporation's revenue in 2024 will reach VND 8,626 billion, an increase of 32% compared to 2023; profit will reach more than VND 86 billion, an increase of 31% compared to 2023; average income of employees will reach more than VND 17 million/person/month.

Regarding the goals, directions and tasks for 2025, GAET Corporation determined to continue to synchronously deploy solutions, ensuring the completion of the plan targets according to the Resolution on leadership of the tasks for 2025 of the Corporation's Party Committee, with production and business targets achieving high growth rates. Strive for 2025, revenue to reach 9,200 billion VND; profit to reach 92 billion VND; average income of employees to reach 18 million VND/person/month.

In their discussions at the conference, delegates focused on clarifying the shortcomings and limitations and proposed many solutions to successfully complete the key political tasks of the Corporation in the coming time. At the same time, the conference also conducted democratic dialogue, listening to the leaders and commanders of the Corporation answer recommendations on production and business targets; military trade; trading in industrial explosives and explosive precursors; transportation business activities, vocational training, labor export, industrial production; ensuring safety in the production and transportation of explosives; regimes and policies for workers.
